What We Did

We participated in the largest environmental restoration project in human history, restoring the Gulf coast by planting cyprus trees. Over the course of the week, we planted over 12,000 trees through the lowland swamps.  Waders and lost boots were common, and the nutria (giant rats) threatened our work.  A truly unique experience!
