How to Sign Up!

1. Check your calendar. Check your health. Check your readiness to rough it.
2. Fill out the Information Form below and return with a $35 non-refundable check to "National Relief Network" before December 10, 2008.  Anyone signing up after this date cannot be guaranteed a seat on the bus.
3. Begin fundraising!
4. Come to our meetings (to be announced).
5. Send your parents to our parent meeting (Nov. 18, Media Center, 6:00).
6. Pay the balance ($565) by the due date (to be announced, but likely Jan. 9)
7. Pack your duffel!
